1. Program Description
Immigration Finder (operated by Pilchuck Media Marketing Inc.) sends SMS messages to individuals and businesses who have opted in to receive communications from us. Message types include:
- Consultation scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Lead follow-up and re-engagement outreach
- Service updates and notifications
- Marketing communications related to our services for immigration law firms
2. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Immigration Finder by: (a) submitting a lead form or contact form on our website at immigrationfinder.com; (b) completing an opt-in form through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisement; or (c) providing verbal consent during a phone consultation. By opting in, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or engaging our services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and relationship with Immigration Finder. You may receive up to 5 messages per week. We will not send messages outside the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM in your local time zone.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and data plan. Immigration Finder does not charge additional fees for SMS messages.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Immigration Finder at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support for SMS programs is not guaranteed by any carrier.
8. Privacy
Your personal information, including your phone number, is used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at immigrationfinder.com/privacy-policy/. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. TCPA Compliance
Immigration Finder complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable federal and state laws governing commercial text messaging. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded messages from Immigration Finder at the phone number you provided, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry.
10. Limitation of Liability
Immigration Finder is not liable for any delays or failures in receipt of any SMS messages related to acts of God, acts of war, network outages, or other forces beyond our reasonable control. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or posted at immigrationfinder.com/terms/. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
