PandaDoc is a digital platform to create, share and track digital documents. It allows our clients’ law firms to send forms and documents for their clients to fill out and sign. So here are some easy steps on how to use the platform to create a form from a template.

Once you have your PandaDoc account set up and you are on the dashboard you can go ahead and select the Forms section on the left panel menu.

Now that you are in the Forms section simply click on the “Create Form” button on the upper right corner. This will open a pop up and it will give you the option to upload a file, use a blank template, or alternatively, use one of your previously used or uploaded templates.
The forms will typically have one single signer and there will be variables where you can input dynamic information. The variables on your form must align with the variables in the editing tool on the right, otherwise your information won’t show up correctly.
In order to test that your dynamic information is filling in correctly you can just send the form to your email to check for the information.
When the variables with dynamic information have been set up correctly, everytime you fill out a form it will use the same template.
Furthermore, if you need to edit the template you would have to unpublish the form in order to work on it.
