4.6  Sending Hours

We send SMS messages only between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient’s local time zone, in compliance with TCPA regulations.

We maintain an internal Do Not Contact list. Any contact who replies STOP, requests removal by any other means, or is identified on the National Do Not Call Registry is immediately added to our suppression list and will receive no further messages. Opt-out requests are honored within one business day and suppression records are retained for a minimum of four years.

4.8  Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Carrier support is not guaranteed.
