Today I am excited to share with you the first installment of our Docketwise series. The goal of this series of video and blog tutorials is to help you utilize your law firm’s tools to the most of its capabilities and make it easier for you to manage your firm.
This first part of the series will focus on how to create Smart Forms. Smart Forms are a great feature that Docketwise offers so that law firms can easily collect form information from their clients, according to their case type.
To start building your Smart Forms go to Settings.
There you will find Smart Forms Collections at the top.
From here you will be able to do a few things. You can either use Docketwise templates or add your own.
If you want to create your own Smart Form it’s simple. All you need to do is click on New Collection.
Give your collection a name, this can be the case type, and add any forms you want to include. This is an example of a K-1 Visa Smart Form:
Once you have created your Smart Form you can go to the Smart Forms section on the left-side menu.
From here you will be able to send the Smart Form to any one of your clients.
