Lawmatics is a great case management tool that allows you to build custom forms that you can then embed into your website or funnels. Not only this, but it includes UTM data, which means you can know exactly where your leads are coming from.
If you have a Lawmatics account building a custom is a very simple process, just follow these steps:
Starting from your dashboard there are a couple of ways to access the form builder.
Once you are in the Custom Form section, click on “Create New Custom Form”
Here you can name your form and add any fields you want to the form.
Use the Standard Fields to add any questions that Lawmatics may already have, such as First and Last Name, and contact information.
You can opt to organize your fields in a stacked manner, or side by side like shown above.
Furthermore, you can add your own custom fields.
When building your own custom field for your form you can decide the field type, as well as the visibility.
Once you have built your form with your desired fields, both standard and custom, as needed, you can save the form and share it with your clients.
In order to do this, click on the 3 dots next to your newly created form and select how you want to share it. For example, if you want to embed it in your website, you can select “Embed Snippet” and copy the html code to your site!
