Digital signatures have been around for years now and for one important reason – convenience. You don’t have to go to the office if you need to sign something or travel around the world just to sign one document. You can now sign documents using software that allow you to sign online using e-signatures.

There are a lot of digital signature programs but three of them are at the top of the list: Pandadoc, Docusign, and Hellosign. But which one do you use? Here are side by side comparisons and benefits of each.

Price point

When it comes to price point, almost all three are on the same level, but the cheapest one is Docusign, which you can avail for $10/month compared to $13/month for Hellosign and $19/month for Pandadoc. If you are a startup business, it is best to avail Docusign as it is cheaper than the two. But being cheaper does not mean that it cannot do some features offered by the more expensive ones.

Features

For features, all of them support the same features needed for digital signature platforms, here are the features offered by each application:

●     Audit Trail

●     Authentication

●     Auto Reminders

●     Customizable Templates

●     Document Analytics

●     Mobile Signature

●     Multi-Party Signing

●     Task Progress Tracking

As mentioned earlier, cheaper does not mean that you don’t get the same functionalities. All three programs provide these features on different price points.

Customer Support

These software tend to have concerns and issues and it is important to access their support immediately. Luckily, all three have 24/7 customer support online which can help and assist you if there are concerns and queries you have for the application.

Usability

From customer feedback, Docusign and Hellosign are pretty straightforward and easy to use. The learning curve is very fast. But Pandadoc is a bit more complicated than the two. If you are not tech-savvy, it is recommended to use Docusign or Hellosign as they offer the same features for digital signatures.

Platform

For the platform, the three are available on WIndows, Mac, iOS, and Android. Meaning all of them are available on famous platforms so you don’t have any issues regarding accessibility and compatibility, unless you are using an outdated operating system.

With all things considered, you can see what you should use for your business. All of them are almost the same, but it is important to know more by researching and making in-depth analysis of each software to know if it is the perfect fit for your business.
