Since the pandemic started, a lot of jobs and businesses have been affected. Some closed down, some laid off employees, leaving a lot of people unemployed. 

But for some industries, they adapted to the work-from-home setup, aka, home-based jobs. These are jobs which you can do from the comfort of your home. All you need is a personal computer, headphones, webcam, and of course, the internet. 

Working remotely has been trending throughout the pandemic simply because it eliminates physical interaction with other people, which also eliminates the possibility of infection. Safety and comfort are just some of the pros of working remotely. 

But it also has its challenges. One of them is how to handle employees who are working remotely. If you cannot talk to them directly, how can you ensure the quality of work? Or are the employees following protocols? Or are they even doing their job efficiently? These tools can help you effectively work remotely.

Communication is key to success, and it is more vital if you and your team are working remotely. Constant communication is important especially for remote setups as it can avoid grave mistakes that can cause loss of revenue for the company. It is also crucial to maintain efficient communication between the sales team to ensure that quality service is being rendered for the business.

Reporting is the key to success if you want the sales team to thrive. It is an effective way to see what the team has done during working hours: their metrics, leads, sales quotas, etc. It is crucial to know what they are doing every day to see if they are upholding their services for the company. With the reports, you can cross-check them with the shared logs for more accurate reports.

These simple tools will definitely help you manage your team working remotely. It may be hard at first, but in time it will be easier as long as the quality of service, the effectiveness of the processes for sales, and constant communication with the team are kept intact throughout the whole setup.
